Conditions

Number of Occupants. The number of occupants is not to exceed the number stated in the original booking.

Care of Accommodation. The tenant agrees that care must be taken whilst in occupation of the house. The house, garden and surrounding areas are to be kept in a reasonable state of cleanliness and tidyness during the stay and any reasonable mess made good before departure.

Noise. All we ask is that normal neighbourliness be displayed during your stay.

Breakages. Any breakages during your stay can easily be made good. Tenants agree to inform the owner of breakages and to pay for like replacements.

Duration of Stay. Rentals will be taken from Saturday to Saturday. The property will be available from 1630 on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 1230 on the day of departure to allow us to keep the property up to its high standards of cleanliness.

Deposits. A 1/3 deposit is payable at the time of booking. The balance is to be paid by 6 weeks prior to your arrival. Cancellations will be accepted up to 12 weeks prior to your stay with a full refund. Cancellations between 12 and 6 weeks will result in loss of deposit and within 6 weeks loss of the full amount. Bookings made within 6 weeks of the date of arrival should be accompanied by full payment.
